Vajra
Vajra, in Sanskrit, has both the meanings of thunderbolt and diamond. Like the thunderbolt, the vajra cleaves through ignorance. The thunderbolt was originally the symbol of the Hindu rain god Indra (who became the Buddhist Sakra)
